  4. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Notes

For fluffier pancakes, let the batter rest for 5 minutes before cooking. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
