Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Meanwhile, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
