Description
A super creamy one-pan pasta dish featuring shrimp and fettuccine in a rich Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same pan, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add fettuccine pasta and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the cooked shrimp back to the pan and stir until everything is well combined and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
