Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat ricotta cheese, sugar, and butter until creamy.
- Add egg, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
