Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Orange food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy.
- Add the melted white chocolate, orange zest, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese; mix well.
- If desired, add a few drops of orange food coloring and stir to combine.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
- Once firm, scoop into 1-inch balls and roll in additional powdered sugar or coatings like crushed cookies.
- Refrigerate the truffles until ready to serve.
