Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Orange food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy.
  3. Add the melted white chocolate, orange zest, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese; mix well.
  4. If desired, add a few drops of orange food coloring and stir to combine.
  5. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Once firm, scoop into 1-inch balls and roll in additional powdered sugar or coatings like crushed cookies.
  7. Refrigerate the truffles until ready to serve.
