Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Evenly spread the torn croissant pieces in the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the orange zest, orange juice, eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants, pressing down gently to ensure they absorb the liquid.
