A simple no-bake dessert featuring a creamy Oreo cheesecake base topped with rich chocolate frosting.
Ingredients
- Crust: 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- Crust: 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Filling: 16 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until combined.
- 2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- 3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 4. Whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- 5. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- 6. For the frosting, melt chocolate chips with heavy whipping cream and spread over the cheesecake.
- 7. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until set.
- 8. Remove from the pan and serve chilled.
