A simple no-bake dessert featuring a creamy Oreo cheesecake base topped with rich chocolate frosting.


Ingredients

  • Crust: 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • Crust: 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Filling: 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Filling: 1 cup powdered sugar
  • Filling: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Filling: 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • Frosting: 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • Frosting: 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until combined.
  2. 2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. 4. Whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. 5. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
