- 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the crumbled feta, cream cheese, fresh dill, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Lay out a spring roll wrapper and place about 2 tablespoons of the feta mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a roll.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden and crispy.
- While the rolls are baking, prepare the chili honey by combining honey, red chili flakes, and lemon juice in a small saucepan over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the rolls from the oven and drizzle with the chili honey before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the amount of red chili flakes. These rolls are best served warm.
