- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips for coating
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and butter until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and stir until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a nut-free version, substitute with sunflower seed butter.
