Description

Easy no-bake treats that taste just like pecan pie, made with simple ingredients and no oven required.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar.
  2. Stir in the light corn syrup and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined and holds together.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  4. Roll each ball in additional powdered sugar to coat.
  5. Refrigerate the balls for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a nut-free version, substitute pecans with walnuts or omit nuts.
