- 1/2 cup light corn syrup

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar.
- Stir in the light corn syrup and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined and holds together.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in additional powdered sugar to coat.
- Refrigerate the balls for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a nut-free version, substitute pecans with walnuts or omit nuts.
