- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 2 packages (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the crust and press lightly.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the pecan layer.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute pecans with walnuts or omit them entirely. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
