- 1 pound ground beef
 - 1 onion, sliced
 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 pound pasta (such as penne or rigatoni)
 - 2 cups beef broth
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
 - Add the ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
 - Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet; sauté until vegetables are tender.
 - Stir in beef broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer.
 - Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheese; stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
 - Season with salt and pepper; serve hot.
