Description

A creamy cheesecake infused with fresh pineapple, creating a tropical paradise in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in crushed pineapple and pineapple juice.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 60 minutes.
  6. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a tropical flair, top with fresh pineapple slices before serving.
