- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pink food coloring
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup strawberry jam for filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract and a few drops of pink food coloring.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool, then add a dollop of strawberry jam on top of each cookie.
Notes
For a more vibrant pink color, adjust the food coloring as needed. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
