Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract and pink food coloring.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a more pronounced pink color, adjust the amount of food coloring. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
