- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup pistachio pudding mix
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, for coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, pistachio pudding mix, chopped pistachios, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Scoop the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips and dip each ball to coat, then refrigerate until set.
