Description

Delicate French macarons flavored with pistachio and rose, stacked to form festive Christmas trees, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 120g almond flour
  • 200g powdered sugar
  • 100g egg whites
  • 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 50g finely ground pistachios
  • Green food coloring
  • Edible decorations for trees

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
  2. Whip egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in the sifted dry ingredients, rose water, ground pistachios, and a few drops of green food coloring to make the batter.
  4. Pipe the batter into small circles on a baking sheet and let rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake at 150Β°C for 15 minutes, then cool completely.
  6. Assemble macarons into tree shapes by stacking with buttercream and add decorations.

Notes

Ensure macarons are stored in an airtight container to maintain freshness. For a stronger pistachio flavor, increase the amount of ground pistachios.
