- 200g powdered sugar
- 100g egg whites
- 50g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp rose water
- 50g finely ground pistachios
- Green food coloring

Instructions
- In a bowl, sift almond flour and powdered sugar together.
- Whip egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the sifted dry ingredients, rose water, ground pistachios, and a few drops of green food coloring to make the batter.
- Pipe the batter into small circles on a baking sheet and let rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 150Β°C for 15 minutes, then cool completely.
- Assemble macarons into tree shapes by stacking with buttercream and add decorations.

Ensure macarons are stored in an airtight container to maintain freshness. For a stronger pistachio flavor, increase the amount of ground pistachios.
