Description

These Pumpkin Cheesecake Truffles are creamy, bite-sized treats with a blend of pumpkin spice and cheesecake flavors, perfect for fall.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 ounces white chocolate, melted for coating

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in graham cracker crumbs until the mixture forms a dough.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the white chocolate and dip each ball to coat, then place back on the baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
