- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 12 ounces white chocolate, melted for coating
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs until the mixture forms a dough.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate and dip each ball to coat, then place back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
