Description

A festive twist on classic deviled eggs featuring pumpkin puree for a creamy, autumn-inspired appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with pumpkin puree, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add a dash of cayenne pepper.
