Description

A delightful fall dessert combining pumpkin and pecans in a cobbler style.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, chopped pecans, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Stir in milk and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
