A refreshing no-bake pie perfect for the holidays with a peppermint twist.

- Crust:
 - 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
 - 1/4 cup melted butter
 - Filling:
 - 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
 - 1 cup powdered sugar
 - 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
 - 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
 - 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
 - Topping:
 - Additional whipped topping
 - Crushed candy canes for garnish
 
Instructions
- Step 1: In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined.
 - Step 2: Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
 - Step 3: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and peppermint extract, mixing well.
 - Step 4: Fold in whipped topping and crushed candy canes until fully incorporated.
 - Step 5: Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
 - Step 6: Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
 - Step 7: Before serving, top with additional whipped topping and garnish with crushed candy canes.
 
Notes
For a festive touch, use red and white candy canes.
