- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place one pie crust in a pie dish.
- Pour the mixture into the crust.
- Cover with the second crust and seal edges.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For a crispier crust, brush with egg wash before baking.
