A quick and flavorful Creole classic made with ground beef, rice, and a blend of spices for an easy weeknight meal.

- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 cup long-grain white rice
 - 1 onion, diced
 - 1 bell pepper, diced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 2 cups chicken broth
 - 2 green onions, chopped (optional)
 
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
 - Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
 - Stir in rice, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute to toast the rice.
 - Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until rice is tender.
 - Fluff with a fork and stir in green onions if using. Serve immediately.

Adjust spice level to taste; serve with hot sauce for extra kick.
