A simple, flavorful Indian dish made with tender chicken in a creamy tomato-based sauce.

- 500g boneless chicken thighs, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with ginger, garlic, garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder for 15 minutes.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sautΓ© onions until golden.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the chili powder. Serve with naan or rice.
