A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring ground beef, broccoli, and a sweet honey garlic sauce.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for 1 minute.
- Stir in broccoli florets, honey, and soy sauce.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
