- 1 box (18.4 oz) fudge brownie mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare brownie mix according to package instructions using eggs, oil, and water.
- Bake brownies in a 9×13 inch pan for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
- In a large trifle dish, layer half of the brownie cubes at the bottom.
- Add a layer of fresh raspberries over the brownies.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the raspberries.
- Repeat layers with remaining brownie cubes, raspberries, and pudding mixture.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and drizzle with chocolate fudge sauce.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
For a healthier twist, use low-sugar brownie mix and fresh berries. Garnish with additional raspberries and chocolate shavings if desired.
