  • Yield: 10 1x

Description

A decadent layered dessert featuring rich fudge brownies, fresh raspberries, and creamy elements for a perfect treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (18.4 oz) fudge brownie mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare brownie mix according to package instructions using eggs, oil, and water.
  2. Bake brownies in a 9×13 inch pan for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely and cut into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  4. In a large trifle dish, layer half of the brownie cubes at the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of fresh raspberries over the brownies.
  6. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the raspberries.
  7. Repeat layers with remaining brownie cubes, raspberries, and pudding mixture.
  8. Top with remaining whipped topping and drizzle with chocolate fudge sauce.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For a healthier twist, use low-sugar brownie mix and fresh berries. Garnish with additional raspberries and chocolate shavings if desired.
