- 2 cups Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring

- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, cocoa powder, red food coloring, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Cool in the oven with the door slightly open, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
