- 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs

- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10 Oreo cookies, chopped
- Topping:

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, flour, eggs, red food coloring, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in chopped Oreo cookies.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
- Garnish with whipped cream and additional Oreo cookies before serving.
