Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, crushed graham crackers, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small truffle balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place back on the baking sheet.
