Description

A hearty layered casserole featuring corned beef, sauerkraut, and melted Swiss cheese, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 pound sliced corned beef
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Layer corned beef over the dough.
  4. Spread sauerkraut evenly over the corned beef.
  5. Sprinkle Swiss cheese over the sauerkraut.
  6. Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

For a crispier crust, bake the crescent roll base for 5 minutes before adding layers.
