- 1 (12 ounce) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 pound sliced corned beef
- 1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Unroll crescent dough and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
- Layer corned beef over the dough.
- Spread sauerkraut evenly over the corned beef.
- Sprinkle Swiss cheese over the sauerkraut.
- Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For a crispier crust, bake the crescent roll base for 5 minutes before adding layers.
