Description

Crispy fried balls made with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese, served with a spicy Thousand Island dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked corned beef, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and breadcrumbs.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Beat eggs and dip each ball in the egg mixture.
  4. Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. For the sauce, combine Thousand Island dressing and hot sauce.
