Description
Crispy fried balls made with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese, served with a spicy Thousand Island dipping sauce.

- 1 cup cooked corned beef, finely chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and breadcrumbs.
- Form the mixture into small balls and chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat eggs and dip each ball in the egg mixture.
- Fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- For the sauce, combine Thousand Island dressing and hot sauce.
