- 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- Optional: Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in the peppermint extract to the melted chocolate.
- Dip each Ritz cracker into the chocolate mixture, coating both sides, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top while the chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
Notes
For a stronger mint flavor, increase the peppermint extract to 1.5 teaspoons. These can be stored for up to a week.
