Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Toss the green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the green beans evenly on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the green beans.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the beans are tender and the cheese is golden.
Notes
For extra crunch, broil for the last 2 minutes. Serve immediately for the best texture.
