Description

A simple and flavorful rosemary onion pizza that’s easy to make and packed with delicious flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475Β°F (245Β°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sautΓ© the sliced onions until caramelized, about 10 minutes. Add chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Spread the onion and rosemary mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

For a crispier crust, use a pizza stone. This recipe is vegetarian and can be customized with additional toppings like olives or tomatoes.
