An incredibly easy, no-knead bread with a crispy crust and a soft, flavorful interior infused with garlic and fresh rosemary.

For the Crust:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, and salt. Stir in warm water, rosemary, and garlic until a shaggy dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet inside to heat. Carefully remove the hot skillet, add olive oil, and pour in the dough. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
