A delicious fusion of apple pie and cheesecake with salted caramel.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups apple pie filling
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Pour half the cheesecake mixture over the crust; layer with apple pie filling.
- Add the remaining cheesecake mixture and swirl in salted caramel sauce.
- Bake for 1 hour or until set. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
