Description

A delicious fusion of apple pie and cheesecake with salted caramel.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Pour half the cheesecake mixture over the crust; layer with apple pie filling.
  5. Add the remaining cheesecake mixture and swirl in salted caramel sauce.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until set. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
