Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in the pecans and caramel sauce.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
