Ingredients
- For the crust: 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

- 3. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set.
- 4. Allow the pie to cool completely before serving.

Serve chilled for the best texture; optional flaky sea salt on top.
