Salty pretzel crunch, caramel Twix, and creamy cheesecake in mini bites.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 6 Twix bars, chopped
Instructions
- Crush the pretzels into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter to form the crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake molds.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the caramel sauce until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the pretzel crust in the molds.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Top with chopped Twix bars before serving.
