Description

Salty pretzel crunch, caramel Twix, and creamy cheesecake in mini bites.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 6 Twix bars, chopped

Instructions

  1. Crush the pretzels into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter to form the crust.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake molds.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in the caramel sauce until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the pretzel crust in the molds.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Top with chopped Twix bars before serving.
