Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents

A simple and savory appetizer featuring a creamy sausage filling wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

For the Crust:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cooked sausage, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end and tucking the ends to seal. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown. Serve warm.
