Description

A hearty one-pan meal featuring sausage and potatoes, perfect for a quick dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add diced potatoes, onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier version, use hot sausage and add red pepper flakes.
