 - 2 cups orzo pasta
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
 - 2 cups beef broth
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
 - Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until softened.
 - Stir in the orzo pasta, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
 - Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until orzo is tender.
 - Season with salt and pepper, and stir in the Parmesan cheese before serving.
