- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken pieces in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy; remove and set aside.
- Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes per side.
- Add bacon back to the skillet and glaze with remaining marinade.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2 minutes. Serve with vegetables.
