Description
A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender steak, Gorgonzola cheese, and a Parmesan Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients
Scale

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
 - 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak slices with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.
 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
 - Reduce heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheeses, whisking until the sauce is smooth and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
 - Add the cooked steak back into the sauce and simmer for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
 - Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
