Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender steak, Gorgonzola cheese, and a Parmesan Alfredo sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak slices with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheeses, whisking until the sauce is smooth and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked steak back into the sauce and simmer for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
