Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 8 oz each)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove steaks and let rest for 5 minutes.
