This Sesame Ginger Beef Stir-Fry Bowl features tender beef strips stir-fried with fresh ginger, sesame oil, and vegetables, creating a flavorful and quick Asian-inspired meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix sesame oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.
  2. Add beef slices to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Stir-fry the beef for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  5. Add bell pepper and broccoli, and cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add chili flakes to the marinade.
