- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sesame oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to make the marinade.
- Add beef slices to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Stir-fry the beef for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli, and cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add chili flakes to the marinade.
