- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and half of the lime juice.
- Grill or cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- In a bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, remaining lime juice, and chili sauce to make the salsa.
- Assemble bowls by layering diced avocado, cooked shrimp, and mango salsa.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, add extra chili sauce or jalapeΓ±os to the salsa.
