Description

A refreshing bowl featuring grilled shrimp, creamy avocado, and zesty mango salsa drizzled with lime chili sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and half of the lime juice.
  3. Grill or cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. In a bowl, combine diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, remaining lime juice, and chili sauce to make the salsa.
  5. Assemble bowls by layering diced avocado, cooked shrimp, and mango salsa.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add extra chili sauce or jalapeΓ±os to the salsa.
