A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring shrimp, bell peppers, and a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 bell peppers (one red, one green), sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and onion, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chili flakes or fresh chili peppers. Serve over rice or noodles.
