- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic powder to make the spicy mayo.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until pink.
- Assemble bowls by layering rice, shrimp, avocado, and cucumber.

Notes
For a spicier version, add more sriracha. This recipe is gluten-free if using tamari instead of soy sauce.
