- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuits
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add onion and bell pepper; cook until softened.
- Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Press biscuits into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Pour the meat mixture over the biscuits.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
